Visitors can visit the core exposition and temporary exhibitions. Museum exposition and exhibitions can be viewed both independently and accompanied by a guide. It is possible to use an audio guide in Estonian, Russian and English. The Museum also offers guided tour, which includes visit to the museum and Tallinn Synagogue (only with previous registration.
If you donate money to the museum, you can book the following tours through the museum:
- Visiting the museum and Tallinn Synagogue (donation at least 15 Euros for groups 10 - 25 visitors, 25 Euros for group 1-9 visitors, paid in advance)
- Visiting Magasini Street Cemetery Park, the Old Jewish cemetery of Tallinn (donation at least 5 Euros per visitor, only for the group 10 and more visitors).
- Visiting the Tallinn Jewish Cemetery in Rahumäe (donation at least 5 Euros per visitor, only for the group 10 and more visitors).
- Visiting the Klooga memorial (donation at least 150 Euros with transportation for 1-3 visitors, donation at least 5 Euros per visitors for the group with own transportation).

Additional museum services (since 1st January 2026):
- Copying of an original document or printed edition - 2 euros/A4 sheet, 4 euros/A3 sheet
- Scanning a document and sending a file - 5 euros / scanned sheet
- Genealogy research - subject to an advance payment of donation in amount of at least 155 euros, scanning and copying of documents - for an additional donation (see above). The research will be provided within 45 days after receiving donation on the account.
