Monday – Thursday: 11.00 - 17.00, Sunday: 11.00 - 15.00. Visitor access ends 1 hour before the museum closes.
Museum is closed on Friday and Saturday, public holidays of Estonia and Jewish holidays.

The procedure for visiting the museum has changed. Only pre-registered groups and visitors are served during opening hours. In the case of visiting a group (10-25 people), please add the group list when registering (except groups of Estonian educational institutions). In the case of individual visit, a copy of the identity document of all visitors must be attached to the registration. Please send your request (day and preferable time of visit) at least one day before your required visit by mail museum@jewish.ee or through this form and wait for confirmation. Your personal data will be deleted after your visit.

Information for travel agencies and guides. A tour of the museum and synagogue is permitted only to a museum employee or a museum-certified guide. Please contact us for more details.
Dear visitor! This is a private museum. We will appreciate your donation for visiting at least 15 euros per visitor. If visitor books combined guided tour museum + Synagogue, we expect donation at least 20 euros. We accept donations in cash, by credit cards or through bank transaction. We offer only tours to the Magasini Street Cemetery Park (the former old Jewish cemetery of Tallinn), the Tallinn Jewish Cemetery in Rahumäe, and the Klooga Holocaust memorial to our donors. The donation amount is by arrangement.

There is one-way traffic on Karu Street from Tuukri to Jõe Street. Entrance is possible from Tuukri Street via Tuukri põik or from Narva Street via Aedvilja Street.

We would like to draw your attention that the Museum is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is no lift (elevator) here. That may occur some difficulties for the persons with physical disabilities. Please be aware about this. We apologize for any inconveniences.
